Coronavirus (COVID-19) Update

Due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, we will not be scheduling any face-to-face training until it is safe to do so.

We currently are offering training via Zoom in partnership with Devon Communities Together. See below for upcoming courses, or visit where you can also sign up for their Learning Academy Newsletter, notifying you of new courses as they become available.

Citizens Advice Devon Training

Citizens Advice Devon seeks to offer high quality, professional and relevant training on benefits and other money matters.

Universal Credit started being rolled out across Devon in 2018. This new benefit replaces six existing benefits for people on low incomes and will affect thousands of families, people with an illness or disability and other people on low incomes in Devon. Book on to our training to keep up to date with the changes and find out what these changes mean for you or the people you support.

Our training for external organisations is now delivered in partnership with Devon Communities Together and advertised on the Devon Communities Together Learning Academy.

Information is available from the Learning Academy at Devon Communities Together  and you can book via the links on their site or the links below for any of our courses (these links take you to Eventbrite, an external booking site).

You can also contact to request notifications of new courses as they are added.

We also offer tailor-made training for organisations. To discuss your requirements please contact .
