What is it?
Citizens Advice Devon has received funding from the government’s Household Support Fund to help Devon residents who are struggling with the costs of keeping their homes warm this winter.
Who can apply for financial support?
Citizens Advice Devon can support any household with a prepayment meter who may be struggling with their domestic finances.
How do I access the support?
To receive the support you will need to contract your local Citizens Advice. The local office will undertake some rapid checks and then issue fuel vouchers that can be used to top-up the home prepayment meter.
How long does the scheme run for?
The Household Support Fund runs until 31 March 2022.
Does the scheme accept referrals?
Yes. Referrals from local community organisations who identify clients in need can be made through the local Citizens Advice office websites.
