Job Opportunity: Business Development and Partnership Manager - Citizens Advice Devon (Maternity Cover)

This full-time role is available immediately on a fixed term basis from January 2022 for up to 12 months.

The Business Development and Partnerships Manager role is responsible for leading on fundraising for social policy projects to meet our business plan objectives, maintaining a strong relationship with our principal funders, researching new funding streams and producing evaluation reports for the CAB Board and funders.

The BDM develops and is responsible for new strategic partnerships with external organisations across the voluntary, statutory and private sector to create opportunities for investment and collaborative projects.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, have experience of project management and fundraising, strong internal and external stakeholder management experience, understand the voluntary and community sector and the challenges and opportunities facing the sector.

Hours: 35 hours a week (hybrid working)
Salary: Circa £24,000 per annum
Location: Flexible- currently home working
Holiday: 25 days a year plus public holidays
Pension: Automatic enrolment
